Everyone is talking about the File Browser and once I had a chance to look at it myself I was one of them.  There are so many new additions it is mind boggling.

Finally a way to create my own shortcuts.  You can pretty much make any item, menu, action, filter, whatever a shortcut now!  This is worth the upgrade for me.

I am hoping this is going to be the wave of the future for the next release.  You can now mix and blend filters on your images.  This is really cool.

Text on a Path

Not only has the text tool got a few new enhancements you can now create text on a path an also fill shapes (paths) with text.

Shadow / Highlights Adj.

If your like me and don't think about f-stop, aperture and stuff like that and just like to point and shoot.  This new adjustment tool will be a life saver.

We are going to be using this feature daily.  Now you can lay down a bunch of pictures on a scanner and PS will automatically crop and straighten each one.

The major update in the Picture Packager automation script is that it will let you customize the package and sizes of each image.

This one is every texture artists dream come true.  You can now export an entire folder of images and have PS create some really cool web pages for you.

If you are like me and like to just roll up your sleeves and get creative you are not always thinking about changes the client will want to make.  The new layer comps palette give you that freedom to be creative and let PS take care of the organization for you.

Now you can work in non-square pixels.  Before you had to make a 720x534 and do this and save this now you just use the pixel correction preview.

Color Replacement Tool

This new tool hidden under the heal and patch tool has lots of potential.  You an now just pick a color and start painting right over an old color and it will go in and replace keeping the shadows and highlights.
